Phoenix Rising Wellness Sanctuary is a Private Membership Association (PMA) for the purposes of protecting its members' first, fourth, and fourteenth amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to their healthcare choices, natural products, and services. A big reason for this is that recently and over the last several years, some parties have tried to stop the public from receiving natural, common sense, health care.

Our PMA was established out of reverence for your innate intelligence and design for thriving, recognizing there is a time and a place for ALL methods of healing and operating within the scope of practice. Phoenix Rising is committed to serving you and providing a safe space to receive effective care and evaluate personal healthcare choices without fear of unreasonable consequences.
